Today we will talk about commisioning of Low-voltage power conveying system

Installation and Commissioning

Equipment Installation

Carry out open-case inspection of equipment, propose handling suggestions to damaged or missing parts

Mark out or pop up cross curve as per the layout chart

Hoist and put the track in place as per the cross curve position

Splice tracks into an entire section by junction plate

Align and level the track, ensure space and track parallel

Install safety sliding cable and transducer box

Hoist drive trolley and driven trolley to the track, push the trolley back and forth, ensure the trolley runs smoothly

Install brush system and connect electric wires

Fix the track on the ground after all tracks and equipment are installed

Carry out a preliminary maintenance to the equipment

The equipment and distribution box must be connected by licensed technician

Equipment Commissioning

Open key switch to switch on the power

Insert the key to switch on the remote power  

Place pipes in the trolley by lateral conveying system, convey workpiece back and forth on whole the track at a different speed, observe the whole process and check whether functions are normal

Load at least 10t to the trolley and observe whether the trolley can work normally

Notices about debugging:

The trolley must be powered off in case that lateral conveying system is working;

Lateral conveying system must not enter into the trolley track in case that the trolley is moving;

Stop and check immediately in case of equipment shaking, pause or abnormal noise during moving forward and backward, remove faults and continue debugging

Finish the following operations and switch off the main power after equipment commissioning is completed:

Unload workpiece

Trolley stops at a proper position
