Machine applys to the 16 separate sets of mechanical fitting-up centers under this contract:
Pipe horizontal support: two trolleys of trolley supporting system are used for pipe reliable support; A support V-block/support roller (optional) is used to allow passive rotation of the workpiece on it; The trolley is supported on the precise machining track to ensure that the top elevation does not change. Purpose: To ensure the upper and lower levelness and left and right parallelism of the pipe.
One-dimensional synchronous alignment: the alignment of pipe fittings and pipes is carried out at both ends of the pipe at the same time by using two sets of multifunctional trolley fitting-up systems arranged left and right. Since the two welds are on the same axis, they belong to the one-dimensional group pair of the pipe section.
Pipe fitting end positioning: vertical and longitudinal positioning of pipe fittings is carried out by using fitting-up flip plates, fitting-up baffle plates, fitting-up accessories, fixing clamps, etc. Purpose: To ensure the verticality and straightness of pipe fittings and pipes:
Pipe fittings rise and fall: Use the lead screw lift + steering + motor reducer to realize the vertical electric lifting of pipe fittings.
Purpose: To adjust the value of the upper and lower wrong side of the pipe fittings and the pipe.
The front and rear movement of the pipe fittings: Use the screw guide + screw and nut + motor reducer to realize the lateral electric movement of the pipe fittings.
Purpose: To adjust the value of the front and rear misalignment of the pipe fittings and the pipe.
90° overturning of pipe fittings: Use fixed rotating shaft + the lead screw lift + motor reducer to realize 90° electric flip of flange, reducing pipe.
Purpose: To adjust the re-straightness of flange, reducing pipe and pipe.
Left and right movement of pipe fittings: Use with edge wheel set + chain sprocket + motor reducer to realize longitudinal electric movement of pipe fittings.
Purpose: To adjust the fitting-up clearance of pipe fittings and pipes.
Wired and wireless control: Use the wire control box (standard)/shaker (optional) to perform wired/wireless control of the above fitting-up work.
